I didn’t like any of today’s news, so the Link of the Day is going to be to remember – or learn – about a special dog.

My boyfriend and I just finished watching the movie Hachi: A Dog’s Tale and we both cried like babies.  It’s a beautiful movie about love, loyalty, and just how true it is that dogs are man’s best friend.  It’s based off of a true story, and after watching it, I just had to see the real Hachi.

Check out this marvelous dog’s story from the link above.  Even just reading about him will make you tear up!

Happy Saturday All!

Link of the Day: Your Own Space

The Huffington Post: 16 Fabulous Reading Spaces

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A reading space is very important for a home.
Personally, for me, a reading space is somewhere where there is no technology and no other distractions besides books, paper and pen, and your imagination.
My dream reading space would be a small room or loft that has nothing but a comfy loveseat, a small antique desk for writing, and built-in bookcase walls that are filled with books.  There has to be a window that opens up to an amazing view (preferably an ocean view), and lots of candles and incense.
I can’t wait to be able to build my dream space whenever I buy my own home!
What about you?  What is your dream reading space?
Happy Saturday All!
I know my baby Ocean loves playing some of these games.  My favorite is when he sees his reflection in my glasses and he tries to grab them off my face, most times succeeding!
Oh, and he also loves chilling in the sink!
What games do you and your cat enjoy playing together?
