I believe that you should always make some time for yourself.
Breathe, relax, take a bath, listen to music, cry, laugh, dance…do anything that gives you a sense of privacy. Yes, spending time with family, friends, and pets are important, however if you do not be with only yourself for at least 10 minutes out of the day, you will lose your sanity. At least that’s what happens to me!
